Shipping Process
Your order will be carefully packed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time
- The average delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- This period may be longer for remote areas (islands, villages, remote provinces, etc.).
- During public holidays and busy campaign periods (sales/drop periods), the shipping time may be slightly extended; in such cases, our customers will be notified via email.
Shipping Fee
- Shipping is free for orders over 1000 TL.
Order Tracking
When your order is handed over to the courier, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also track it instantly via the "Order Tracking" page on our website.
Damaged / Missing Delivery
If you notice any damage when receiving your package, please request a damage report from the courier and notify us of the situation within 24 hours at info@boyswithbrokenhearts.com.
Incorrect Address
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the address information provided during the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or returned shipments due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
