DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

BUYER
This contract is established electronically between the Seller and every customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who shops via boyswithbrokenhearts.com.
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the website boyswithbrokenhearts.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and all information regarding the ordered product are available on the site and are deemed to have been accepted by the Buyer upon order confirmation.
Payment is made securely via the PayTR infrastructure using the payment methods specified on the site (credit/debit card, etc.).
4. DELIVERY
- Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer via Sürat Kargo.
- The order is delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 1-3 business days from the confirmation of payment.
- Although shipping delivery time varies depending on the region, it is on average 2-5 business days.
- The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during delivery due to reasons under the responsibility of the cargo company.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without showing any justification and without paying any penal clause.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, a written notification to info@boyswithbrokenhearts.com within this period is sufficient. You can review our "Returns & Exchanges" page for detailed return conditions.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Buyer acknowledges that they know the basic features, sales price, and payment method of the ordered product accurately and completely.
- The Seller cannot be held responsible if they are unable to fulfill their obligations arising from the contract due to force majeure (natural disasters, fire, internal/external wars, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, etc.).
- Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.
By shopping from the site, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all articles of this contract.
